Festival of Leadership 2019

Our second Festival of Leadership took place on Thursday 9th May 2019 at Aintree Racecourse, Liverpool.

Members and cross sector colleagues from across our three North West footprints came together for a day of celebrating and inspiring leadership. The event has been designed with collaboration and innovation at the forefront, led by the ambitions of the NHS Long Term Plan.

The Festival's galvanising keynote, Jaz Ampaw-Farr, headlined the Festival before an afternoon of practical developmental workshops that enabled leaders to build and apply new skills, co-create fresh ideas and explore innovative responses to the leadership challenges that have been identified at a local and system level.
