About the module

This module for will support you in understanding your style in order to influence stakeholders more effectively.

Learning outline 

You will identify your own challenges in influencing key stakeholders and explore your approach to influencing using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI) framework. You will be encouraged by an expert facilitator to reflect on the strengths and potential blind-spots of your style and supported to identify strategies for adapting your preferred style, taking into account the diverse preferences and styles of others.

The workshop will introduce you to a model that will help you to deepen your understanding of the organisations you work within and how you can influence strategic stakeholders within these environments.  A key focus of the highly interactive workshop will be to support you in developing a personal action plan to enhance your influencing style, using the tools and techniques covered on the workshop.  Some pre-work required.
