Having a leadership culture, where health and wellbeing is encouraged and supported, is key to ensuring staff are able to enhance and prioritise their own wellbeing.
Close working with leaders across the North West has enabled us to gain a deep understanding of the personal and professional challenges facing individuals who are working in increasingly complex environments, both within their own organisations and across health and care systems. Settings which have the potential to be volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) can create a demanding environment for leaders and their organisations, with a focus on health and wellbeing becoming increasingly important for individuals and senior leaders.
This portfolio of health and wellbeing related activities and interventions includes topics such as building and developing personal resilience and Perform @ Your Peak which look at supporting and promoting an organisational culture that fosters individual and team awareness and responsibility for health and wellbeing.
