Our very own Deborah Davis, sent digital postcards from across the pond at the Organisation Development Network (ODN) Annual Conference.
In October 2018, we followed Deborah Davis, NHS North West Leadership Academy Managing Director, Maxine Craig and Karen Dumain, NHS Leadership Academy National OD Lead, on their trip to the USA for the ODN Annual Conference. The OD Network is the leading global association of organization development practitioners and scholars, and a go-to resource for cutting edge trends and proven practices on creating healthy and effective organizations.
In a world that never stops changing, it's not enough to just keep up — we need to look ahead and anticipate the changes yet to come, that’s why the theme of the 2018 OD Network Annual Conference was: OD Emergence: Create the Possibility...
Held from 18th - 21st October 2019 in Virginia, USA, delegates travelled from round the world to take stock and explore what OD can become in the years to come. Deborah, Maxine and Karen held a plenary session: The Emerging Possibility of the OD Field to Government Led Reform, showcasing the work of OD Claiming Practice that enables practitioners to evidence their competency.
Hear Deborah's reflections and feedback from the four day international conference. All five digital postcards are available below, or access the full playlist here.
